Bridge the Gap Language Services, LLC (“BTG Spanish,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our learners and community members. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you enroll in our programs, access the BTG Spanish Community on Circle, or interact with us through any of our platforms.
By enrolling in a BTG Spanish program or creating an account in the BTG Spanish Community, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

- Full name, phone number, mailing address, and email address
- Billing address and payment information provided at enrollment
- Communications you send to us via email or through the BTG Spanish Community
- Content you post in the BTG Spanish Community, including text, photos, videos, and audio and voice recordings
- Responses to assessments, surveys, or program-related forms
Information Collected Automatically
- Account activity and engagement within the BTG Spanish Community on Circle
- Payment transaction history processed through Stripe
- Device and browser information collected through Circle’s and Stripe’s platforms

- Payment and billing data processed and stored by Stripe
- Community activity and account data hosted by Circle
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To process enrollment and manage your subscription
- To facilitate recurring billing through Stripe
- To provide access to program materials, conversation teacher sessions, and the BTG Spanish Community
- To communicate with you about your enrollment, program updates, scheduling, and billing
- To send you marketing and educational emails through our email platform, Kit
- To assess program performance and improve our services
- To enforce the terms of this Agreement and the BTG Spanish Community Code of Conduct
- To use community-posted content for promotional and marketing purposes, as described in the Community Platform Terms of Use, subject to your right to opt out
HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers We share necessary information with the following third-party platforms to operate our program:
- Stripe — for payment processing and recurring billing. Stripe’s Privacy Policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
- Circle — for community hosting and subscription management. Circle’s Privacy Policy is available at circle.so/privacy.
- Kit — for email marketing and communications. Kit’s Privacy Policy is available at kit.com/privacy.
Each of these platforms operates under their own privacy policies and data security standards. Bridge the Gap Language Services, LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party platforms.
Legal Requirements We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bridge the Gap Language Services, LLC, our learners, or others.
Business Transfers In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of the assets of Bridge the Gap Language Services, LLC, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such change via email.
DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Cancellation and Data Deletion You may cancel your subscription at any time through your BTG Spanish Community account on Circle. To request deletion of your personal data following cancellation, please contact us at hola@btgspanish.com. Please note that certain information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Opting Out of Marketing Emails You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at hola@btgspanish.com. Please note that opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional communications related to your enrollment or billing.
Opting Out of Promotional Use of Community Content As described in the Community Platform Terms of Use, you may opt out of having your community-posted content used for promotional purposes by contacting us at hola@btgspanish.com prior to posting.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
BTG Spanish programs and community are intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
DATA SECURITY
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is secured in accordance with Stripe’s Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND PLATFORMS
The BTG Spanish Community and our communications may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected directly by Bridge the Gap Language Services, LLC. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party platforms, including Circle, Stripe, and Kit.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Bridge the Gap Language Services, LLC reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email. Your continued enrollment or participation in the BTG Spanish Community following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
